Terms of Service

Last updated · 2026-09-09
Tansu holds your digital identity and lets an AI agent act on your behalf inside limits you set for each task. These terms say what we owe you, what you take on, and what the product will not do.

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and Zeroth World Ventures LLC ("Tansu", "we"). Using the service means you accept them. You must be 18 or older.

2. Your key, and what that means

The key to everything you store is derived on your device, from your passkey and — if you set one — your recovery phrase. We never hold it.

So we cannot recover your data, and neither can anyone else. Lose your passkey with no recovery phrase set, and what you stored is gone permanently. This is not a policy we could waive for you; it is a consequence of the design, and it is the same property that stops us — or anyone who compels us — from reading your data. Keep a recovery phrase if losing the data would matter.

3. What an agent may do

Nothing, until you approve a specific task. Each approval produces a permission limited to named accounts, named sites, a list of actions, a spending cap, and a time limit — and revocable at any moment. There is no "approve once, act forever".

You remain responsible for what you ask for. If you authorise a cancellation, a purchase, or a change to an account, that is your instruction and its consequences are yours. Review what a task says it will do before approving it — the approval screen shows the permission the system actually signed, not a summary of it.

Some steps only a person can complete — a verification code, a CAPTCHA, a second factor. The task stops and hands control back to you, and the agent does not run while you are.

4. What Tansu will not hold or do

5. Your side

6. Availability

Tansu is early software. It may be unavailable, and a task may fail — a site changes, a check appears, a machine does not start. We do not guarantee that any particular task succeeds. Where a task fails we will tell you it failed rather than leaving you to guess.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for data you lose because you lost your own key, or for the outcome of an action you authorised. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Ending it

You may close your account at any time; doing so deletes what we hold. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms, and will say why.

9. Changes

We will post changes here. A change that affects what an agent may do, or what we can see, will be shown to you in the app before it takes effect.
